Want to receive 8 curated digital nomad resources monthly before anyone else?

JOIN THE NEWSLETTER

I subscribe to some  newsletters, but I must admit - there are very few I actually open.

For me to open a newsletter two things need to be clear; useful information for me and a clear non-cluttered presentation.

One of my favourite newsletters is Tim Ferriss' "five bullet Friday". It is simple, straight forward and no products* being pushed in your face.

My inspiration therefore when creating a newsletter was clear. Keep it simple and useful for the digital nomad community.

I am currently sending one every month. In it you will find 8 "bullets" of links and resources for digital nomads and other location independent travellers.

These links are what I found useful and interesting curated from forums, other newsletters, talking to other digital nomads and just googling around.

The first newsletter I sent had an opening percentage over 60% and zero lost subscribers!

What do you think? What kind of information is useful for you?

By following this link, or in any of the forms on this page you can sign up to mine. Unsubscribing is as easy as signing up. I promise to never spam!

Still not sure? Below you'll see how the September newsletter looked. It is without all the marketing links seen on this page.

Newsletter September 2016

Hi!

I hope that your Digital Nomad lifestyle is as exciting as mine!

I am currently in Lisbon enjoying the warm weather.

Here follows this months curated list of Digital Nomad resources.

Job sites - find the next gig

Jobbatical - As the name implies it is a sabbatical on a job. You bring your skills to employers looking for hiring experienced technical employees for short term assignments.

Not sure if a digital nomad lifestyle is something for you? This would be a softer start as you are not freelancing, but working from an office, in another country.

See more Job sites here.

Destinations worth checking out

Having spent several month in Portugal over the last few years I might be a little biased. However, it is a great country. Follow the link to see 25 cool things to do in Portugal.

For more destination research check out my curated list of links here.

Be sure to also check out my latest blog exploring my top 3 cafes to work from in Lisbon.

Stay - where to rest your head next

Check out Coliving.com. It is like AirBnb for digital nomads. the sites is growing rapidly with more and more places added each week.

Travel apps/sites to try out

With Tripaya you enter your budget and your travel preference. The app then finds the best option for you within your budget. Great for those weekend getaways. Even diginoms need a break once in a while.

Smart solutions for digital nomads - Good to know

Crossing borders is a hassle if you fail to fix visas, vaccines etc. Check out thebasetrip.com before changing base to keep updated on travel related information for you next destination.

Travel gear I would love to have

Digital nomads tend to travel light. So a good travel backpack is a must. The Tortuga Air Travel Backpack covers all my needs. Plenty of rooms, lots of space, safe and secure.

Check out other other cool digital nomad travel gear here.

E-resources I have used or are considering

The main man himself, Tim Ferriss, is releasing a new book - Tools of Titans: The Tactics, Routines, and Habits of Billionaires, Icons, and World-Class Performers. Be sure to preorder your copy now!
